Ohio Star Table Pad

I got the urge to get some quilting/sewing done one day,
so I started in the morning and by 11pm I had finished.
It's a 12 inch Ohio Star block with a 1-1/2" border and
1/2" binding all around, finishing to 16 inches.

The inspiration fabric, used to trim the valances in the room

The finished product...I made a large X with red thread
(white over the blue heart) just as in the inspiration fabric)

At home in the family room, protecting the table from scratches!
